REGISTRATION
Step 1
To register for the 2027 South Dakota Governor's Conference on Tourism, please start by selecting one of the four registration types, below.
If you are a Sponsor or Exhibitor, please start by completing that registration.
- You will be prompted to submit any complimentary attendee and/or paying attendee information during the process. If needed, you will be able to log in later to modify your attendee registration(s).
- Sponsors will also be prompted to upload your logo and other information for use in the conference booklet and on the conference website. The logo and information are required for completing your registration.
Students should be prepared to upload an image of their current Student ID.
NEW for 2027: we are offering a Tuesday Only option as well as a State of South Dakota Employee full conference rate. Please be sure you select the correct option from all that are available.
If we reach capacity, there will be an option to request to be on a waitlist for any cancellations. Any vacancies will be filled based on waitlist order. Please note cancellation/refund policies, below.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR REFUND POLICY
Half (50%) of Exhibitor Booth registration will be refunded if participation is cancelled on or before Friday, December 11, 2026. Exhibitor cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Shawntae.Moran@TravelSouthDakota.com.
Refunds on Sponsorships are only offered if the conference is cancelled.
ATTENDEE REFUND POLICY
Should an attendee need to cancel a registration, please do so via the original confirmation email and using the related confirmation number. Half (50%) of the payment amount will be refunded within 60-90 days if a cancellation request is received by the deadline. Cancellation requests may also be submitted via email to Ann.DeVany@TravelSouthDakota.com.
50 Percent Refund: Cancellation requests submitted online or by email BEFORE 6 p.m., CT, Tuesday, January 12, 2027.
No Refund: Cancellations requests submitted online or by email AFTER 6 p.m., CT, Tuesday, January 12, 2027.
Attendee Substitution Policy: Substitutions are accepted and requests should be submitted in writing. Email Ann.DeVany@TravelSouthDakota.com. and include both name and email for original registrant AND for the substitute registrant. Substitutions may be made for no additional fee or charge. Substitution requests should be emailed by 6 p.m., CT, Thursday, January 14, 2027.
Exceptions may be made in extreme cases and are at the discretion of Travel South Dakota.
