Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities are first-come, first-served. Submit your registration and payment by Friday, November 21, 2025, for guaranteed inclusion in tourism conference print materials. Exhibitor booth placements are based on sponsorship level (if applicable), as well as registration and payment date.

BREAKOUT SESSION ROOM

Multiple Opportunities Available - 4 SOLD

Get your logo in front of attendees in an intimate, focused setting. Breakout sessions see anywhere from 100-150 attendees per session. For the entire conference, the sponsor logos will be included on signage jnside the breakout session room. Sponsors will also receive verbal recognition at the beginning of each session held in that room. There will be multiple sponsors of each of the four rooms.

COFFEE STATION

Your coffee will be served at the designated coffee station at the Ramkota, prominently featuring your brand and product. This sponsorship will be in the form of a donation of your coffee and branded items (coffee, cups/lids, syrups). NEWCOMER ORIENTATION

Help us welcome new attendees to their first South Dakota Governor's Conference on Tourism! This event is designated to welcome and integrate new attendees, providing them with a conference overview, connections, and resources to enhance their conference experience. The orientation will take place at the Ramkota 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20. Sponsor logo will be included on signage during the event.

As an Exhibitor at the 2026 Governor's Conference on Tourism, you have the opportunity to share your services or products with hundreds of conference attendees. An exhibitor booth space includes one six-foot table, electricity, two chairs, and a table covering. The booth size is approximately 6 feet deep by 8 feet long. Booth placements are based on sponsorship level (if applicable), as well as registration and payment date registration and payment are received.

Booth setup is allowed Tuesday, January 20, from 12-5 p.m. An OPTIONAL exhibitor preview will be offered 3-5 p.m. on Tuesday for exposure to early attendees. Additional booth hours of operation are Wednesday, January 21, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Thursday, January 22, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Teardown is Thursday, January 22, from 3-4 p.m. (Early teardown must be approved by the conference committee ahead of time.)

All EXHIBITORS receive:

One exhibitor booth space (one additional booth space may be purchased for $500)
One complimentary conference registration, which includes one Gala ticket (additional booth workers must pay full registration fee of $275)

DEADLINE

Please complete sponsor and exhibitor registration by Friday, November 21, 2025, to ensure inclusion in all print materials. Registrations received after this date are accepted will be included on the conference website and on-screen during the conference.

Organizations may not partner to obtain a higher sponsorship level.

REFUND POLICY

50 percent of Exhibitor Booth registration will be refunded if participation is cancelled on or before Friday, December 12, 2025. Exhibitor cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Shawntae.Moran@TravelSouthDakota.com. Refunds on Sponsorships are only offered if the conference is cancelled. Exceptions may be made in extreme cases and are at the discretion of Travel South Dakota.
